The songs in architecture were generated from group improvisations. The idea was to write together, something that is very much a luxury when band members live in different countries. We also wanted to have more interesting grooves and acoustic textures than in our earlier work, often featuring unusual instruments found in flea markets. The partly improvised lyrics provide sometimes surreal imagery that relates to the general theme of growing up and entering the adult world.

This recording has been a long process of learning and discovery for us, now collected on this CD. We hope you will enjoy it and accompany us in our future explorations.
